About SOCOM Sales
Thanks for visiting SOCOM Sales. I have combined 8 years of leadership experience in the military and 10 years in sales to build a solid foundation of planning and execution to drive revenue. Many sales leaders have good groups working for them. So why is it that they miss their targets and seem to struggle? Building a base layer of best practices and metrics that a sales person should follow and learning how to create a plan of action can get revenue climbing. When everyone is executing at the top of their game, the sky is the limit.
We aim to teach sales and marketing people new ways to be highly successful in their trade by becoming masters of executing plans to achieve goals. Sales is a process for both the seller and the buyer. We help explain this process and help you determine which prospects are the low hanging fruit to easy revenue as well as ways to take down the whales. Marketing efforts should be driven by a set of metrics that produce an R.O.I as well as generate new leads and general awareness. The process is not always a fun task, but breaking down the sales and marketing cycle into smaller chuck makes them manageable and sometimes enjoyable.
SOCOM Sales is managed by Koka Sexton focusing on business, social media and news. The goal s to share my thoughts and pass along other tips and tools that can help you manage a better sales team or drive more sales as an individual contributor.
